Angola to Be Strategic Factor in Africa - Cape Verdean Premier
The Prime-Minister of Cape Verde, José Maria Pereira Neves, said this Saturday in the northern Cabinda province that Angola is a strategic factor for the transformation of the Southern Africa and whole Africa and the world.
The head of the Cape Verdean government said so at the end of a meeting he held at the "Maria Mambo Café" airport with the governor of Cabinda, Aldina da Lomba Catembo, as part of his few-hour private visit to the province.
The official stressed that Angola after 40 years of independence has be transformed. "It will certainly be a key tower for the future Africa, because today it is a different country that has been affirmed, having its freedom and is laying the foundation to become a great country in Africa", he stressed.
The Prime-Minister of Cape Verde also said that his visit to Cabinda aims to talk with the governor of the province about the strengthening of cooperation relations and also meet the Cape Verdean community residing in this region of Angola.
