Angola: MPLA Party Starts Door-to-Door Mobilisation Campaign in Sambizanga District
A door-to-door mobilisation campaign, aimed at attracting more members to the party?s ranks, in Sambizanga District, in Luanda, was started last Sunday by the ruling MPLA, headed by its local secretary, Milca Caquece.
Milca Caquece was personally on the spot, leading her party militants from place to place, speaking to people on the programme of the MPLA.
Speaking to small crowds of youths, Milca Caquece explained that the MPLA has been making efforts to improve the living conditions of the citizens, having also exhorted them to avoid indecent and non civic behaviours that degrade human relations.
She also revealed that the campaign will have two stages, the first one now taking place and that is to end next August and the second one set to kick off in the mentioned month and will end in December.
Throughout this period, she said, the mobilisers will intensify the work and inform the citizens about the projects in the ambit of the National Development Programme (PND).
She said she is happy with the level of participation of the citizens, reason why the militants are inspired to continue with such filed work.
