African leaders called for increased funding Monday to contain HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as a continental health summit opened in Nigeria's capital. Among the 10 heads of state in attendance was Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. Nigeria is a member of the ICC and has a legal obligation to arrest Bashir but defended the invitation by saying it did not have the authority to bar him from an African Union summit. Le baccalauréat 2013 , une véritable hécatombe au premier tours … sur 6 680 inscrits , 6 669 candidats était présents , 4 632 Etudiants et 2 047 Candidats libres. Admis des le premier tour = 1 149 bachelier , soit pratiquement 1 élèves sur 6 [1 044 Etudiants + 105 Candidats libres] .2 066 élèves repêchés ” 1 élèves sur 3″ [1 421 Etudiants + 645 Candidats libres] .3 454 élèves ont ratés leurs baccalauréat.soit (51,79%) pratiquement ” 1 élèves sur 2 ” .
