The round of 16 games of Ghana FA cup are expected to be honoured this weekend and Sunday with defending Champions, Bechem United, playing away to Berekum Chelsea.

The tie is seen as one of the tough games following the two teams 1-1 drawn game in their premier league clash at home of United.

Another game that promises more intriguing action would be between Medeama SC and Elmina Sharks at the Tarkwa T&A Park, with both teams aiming to gain the bragging rights over the other.

Both teams have lost to each other, therefore a win for any of them would confirm their supremacy over their opponent.

Accra Hearts of Oak are expected to ease past Division One side Youn Wise at the Zaytuna Park in Accra, in attempt to end their 17 year FA Cup drought.

Although Hearts have won the cup on 10 occasions, which is more than any club in Ghana, they are yet to clinch the cup in recent times.

Kumasi Asante Kotoko, also faces Division One League side, Wassaman United at the Kumasi Sports Stadium while league leaders, WAFA, travel to Tema to face Amidaus Professionals.

In other games, Liberty will battle Danbort FC and W. Nea Salamina hosts Steadfast FC at Dormaa Ahenkro.
