RB Leipzig's Guinean striker Naby Keita insists he has totally recovered from a circulatory collapse he suffered after a Bundesliga match earlier this month and will be fit to face Darmstadt this weekend. "I've fully recovered," the 22-year-old told AFP subsidiary SID. "I could and I would like to be able to start Saturday's game, but it is up to the coach (Ralph Hasenhuttl) to decide." Medical exams have revealed nothing on the origin of Keita's collapse following Leipzig's 1-0 defeat by Wolfsburg on March 11. One of the Bundesliga's revelations this season can now only speculate about the reasons behind it.

Cameroon lost for the first time since winning the Africa Cup of Nations last month when falling 2-1 to Guinea on Tuesday in an international friendly in Belgium. Aboubacar Demba Camara gave Guinea a 21st-minute lead with a shot that went between the legs of a defender and under the body of goalkeeper Jules Goda. Shoddy defending also contributed to the equaliser 10 minutes later as Guinea goalkeeper Abdoulaye Sylla fumbled a shot and Karl Toko Ekambi netted the rebound. Francois Kamano snatched the decisive goal on the stroke of half-time by tapping in a cross at the far post. The result in Molenbeek near Brussels was a surprise as Cameroon won 1-0 last Friday in Tunisia against a team...

RB Leipzig are hoping Naby Keita will miss Guinea's forthcoming friendly internationals as the defensive midfielder works his way back to fitness after collapsing following a Bundesliga match. The 22-year-old suffered a circulatory collapse upon leaving the dressing room following Leipzig's shock 1-0 defeat by Wolfsburg ten days ago. Test results have thrown no light on exactly what caused Keita to collapse. A fifth yellow card meant he was suspended for Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Werder Bremen, but was not fit to play having only returned to individual training last week.
